Responsibilities
岗位职责：
1.Responsible for meeting the annual enrollment goals and advising the Course Consultants in marketing
负责完成中心年度既定招生任务；培训课程顾问；
2.Must manage the entire staff to ensure quality of educational service
负责中心的学术管理工作，保证中心的教学质量及服务质量；
3.Direct the daily activities of Course Consultants to achieve their sales goals, monitor and support the center’s service operations.
指导课程顾问完成销售目标，支持并监督售后服务；
4.Also responsible for administrative duties including: staff recruitment、development of the on-campus community and the Administrative/HR system, and assessing the performance of the staff members
负责中心行政管理工作：中心人员招聘、中心文化建设、行政人事制度建立、绩效考核制度的制定。
Position Requirements
任职要求：

1.Have five years or more experience in education management and/or sales and marketing
5年以上教育行业或市场营销工作经验，热爱教育行业；
2.Good communication and presentation skills
具备良好的演讲、沟通、协调、组织和执行能力；
3.Experienced in leading a team
有团队管理经验；
4.High awareness of responsibility and customer-focused
拥有高度责任感和客户服务意识；
5.Good computer skills
熟练操作Windows办公软件，如：Windows XP，PPT，Excel。
