工作描述：
Knowledge and Skills:
1. A university degree （not include self-taught degree） majoring in English and/or English education；
2. Band 8 achievement level；
3. At least 2 years English teaching experience， especially ages 5-12；
4. Have skills in music， acting， or drawing， etc.；
5. Have a good understanding of the Chinese education system， grades 1-6 preferred；
6. Have a good understanding of the needs of the young learners， particularly young ESL learners.

Personal Qualities:
1. Nearly native English speaker， strong communication skills；
2. Have a love of children and teaching；
3. Work well as a team player；
4. Have a willingness to learn new ways of doing and thinking about education and the teaching process；
5. Like to accept other cultures and have an ability to see the value of sharing cultural diversity with young children.
