Assistant Manager - Sample

Responsibilities:
- Effectively arrange sample work flow, closely monitor efficient and sample time line.

- Handle sample schedule planning and problem solving in process. Monitor sample data input in system.

- Effectively work with internal staffs from different level, train & coaching a sample QC team of 3 to 4 to handle out sourced samples.

Requirements:

- Garment technology training / pattern making experience.

- Profound knowledge of sample work flow and garment construction.

- 5 year experience of managing sample room work flow and problem solving.

- Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
