JOB DESCRIPTION - JUNIOR or Semi-Senior HAIRDRYER ENGINEER

MISSION:

To follow hairdryer team task. Such as new project structure design, specification, samples testing, follow with supplier for samples making lead time, delivery etc. Work with production engineer for testing and requirement confirm. Release project schedule, drawings, BOM, spec and communicate with maker for engineer change and request.

REPORTING TO: Team Leader.

PEOPLE IN CHARGE: Formally none. Engineering Assistants available for testing.

MAIN TASKS:

· Hairdryer Project Development: Hairdryer project structure designing, improve current production performance, prepare formal documents and project management. Conduct test report, release improving proposal, follow tooling status and quality, approve project’s tooling and samples etc….

· Documentation and Reports: Generate the hairdryer 2D and 3D drawings, production specification, BOM, samples request record, test report and schedules, documents check list etc...

· Supplier’s Development: Support assembling maker to short lead time and high efficiency and high quality production.

DESIRED PROFILE:

1. Junior college Degree (Engineer, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, tooling….) with at least 2 years of experience working in small household electrical appliances industry.

2. Familiar at hairdryer structure design, project develope (has success production desirable)

3. Skill at 2D, 3D drawing software (SOLIDWORKS desirable)

4. Familiar with each area certification standard, and familiar with plastic/metal parts tooling structure and material property.

5. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point knowledge.

6. Good writing English (building reports, writing e-mails).

7. Hands on, responsible and willing to take new challenges.

任职要求：
1、机械、电子、模具、电气等相关专业大专以上学历； 电吹风等小家电行业2年以上工作经验
2、对电吹风结构设计、项目研发有实际工作经验；能独立承担开发任务，有三年以上电吹风开发工作经验优先考虑

3、熟练使用2D、3D绘图软件。（SOLIDWORKS 优先）

4、熟悉各国安规标准，熟悉塑胶/五金模具结构及材料特性

5、熟悉办公软件， 英语较好， 能读写邮件及报告，动手能力强，愿意接受挑战。
