职位描述
Responsibility:
Planning and Execution
·
Develop
and execute supply chain strategies and plan in support of business and
functional strategies/COTs, and meet customer needs through integrated
processes (AIBM) systems and use of technology
·
Interfaces
with Business Leader to develop the optimized supply chain appropriate
models/changes for supply chain, ensure customer needs are adequately met by
the business supply chain plans
·
Represents
the supply chain capabilities for the mid (3 – 24 months) and long-term (5 year
plan) horizons
·
Develops
and maintains policies and procedures for safety stock, lead time, MTO / MTS
strategies, schedule changes and appropriate approvals
·
Identifies
contract manufacturing assets with adequate capability to meet current and
future business needs.
·
Protect Axalta
manufacturing know-how from transfer to third parties and from being used to
benefit other customers of contract manufacturers
·
Leads
integration and cross functional communication of the supply chain plans. Key interfaces include: Business Leadership,
Sourcing & Logistics, Technology, Mfg, Sales & Marketing/Demand, Customer
Service, etc
Manage team to meet supply chain targets
·
Establishes
the supply chain performance targets and evaluates actual performance in
support of business and functional strategies
·
Lead and
manage activities of supply chain professionals to ensures their effectiveness
and efficiencies in inventory management, customer service and contract
manufacturing
·
Understand
financial impact of supply chain activities and optimize the cost
effectiveness: manufacturing location on
sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing costs.
·
Define,
prioritize and manage Lean/Six Sigma project activities in pursuit of supply
chain improvement
·
To lead
cross function team for emergency/crisis situation to be sure smoothly supply
to business
Qualification:
·
B.S or B.A degree minimum in
supply chain, business management or international trading.
·
At least 10 years working
experience, with supply chain functions
·
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to link different departments and deliver the result.
·
Good team management and people
leadership
·
Good English skills including
speaking and writing.
·
Good computer application skill,
SAP experience is preferred
·
APICS certification
