岗位要求：
1、职高，机械或高分子材料专业、模具制造等相关专业
2、三年注塑工艺调试工作经验
3、精通注塑工艺调试技术、注塑设备的操作；掌握注塑模制造技术及流程、注塑设备日常维护
岗位职责：
1、负责塑件模具厂开发所有模具的调试计划安排、调试及打样工作，并能对一般难度的调试问题进行对策。
2、对塑件模具厂移交量产工厂的模具进行安装调试及注塑工艺资料的移交。
3、负责塑件模具厂模具量产移交后三个月的模具维修及改善工作。
4、对注塑机台进行日常点检和保养。
