This position will be primarily responsible for assigned category management and development, as well as other marketing initiatives if necessary.

Principal duties and responsibities：

1. Category development

- Achieve yearly business target of net sales revenue and GP%

- Define the 3 year plan/strategy for the assigned category as well as the annual business plan

- Manage the product portfolio and lead the innovation projects

- Develop and execute the Category activation plan and tools in different channels

- Plan the research

- Control the assigned budget

- Manage the agency and supplier

2. Lead the marketing initiatives if necessary, eg Thematic Campaign, Digital Platform etc

3. Key counter parts:

- Internal: regional team, R&D and operation team in the manufacture, China logistic and QA team, China sales team

- External: Distributors and retailers, co-packers, agencies and suppliers

The incumbent may be required to carry out any other duties as directed by the immediate superior. The responsibility level of any other duties should not exceed those outlined above.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

University degree or above

Business English or related major

CET 6 +, Fluent Mandarin and good in English

4-5 years working experience in multinational company, foods company is preferred

Good skill and knowledge of project management, marketing mix development

Initiative, passionate and can work independently under the high pressure

Team work spirit, good communication skill under multi culture environment
