Job Description

1. Manage production controller team operation to monitor textile and shoes production (inline inspection plan and daily assignment of in inline inspection.), plan and hold pre-production technical transfer meeting with footwear factory
2. Provide quality advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process
a) Communicate Auchan’s requirements to factories
b) Check if construction of products /materials used for mass production are of acceptable quality
c) Provide advice on feasibility of buyer' proposed requirements and suitability for mass production
d) Anticipate problems / defects that may arise in the manufacturing process
3. Establish efficiently collaboration process with suppliers and closely follow production and plan correction feedback:
4. Supervise factory evaluation: Factory evaluations (technical audit and Social audit) and CAP follow up; arrange factory quality standard training.
5. Build the implementation of shoe defective items program: Monitor clients claims and provide relevant analysis of defective causes.
6. Provide monthly production and quality statistics and analysis report by category of product line and by suppliers to China Textile Department Operation Manager.

The follow skill and experience are preferred,

7. Good Knowledge and experience of European and other international shoe’s requirements and norms applicable to the related products. Good command of production processes.
8. Experience of supervising shoes in line inspection and quality control plan and shoes final inspections, ensure the product and production complies with company requirements and European regulation and norms, and decrease risks (Chemical and Physical) on material, bulk products, and ensure the safety of products.
9. Expertise in shoes construction processes, raw material performance and compliance standards
10. Experience of the development samples process:
* Fitting evaluation: check and confirm size paper patterns grading and all size lasts fitness and production material.
* Sample quality review: Carry out potential risks analyze on confirmation samples; give the correction comments on product and production to supplier based on quality sample review, and develop and plan related chemical and physical test to ensure related correction conducted by the vendor.
