1. GENERAL SUMMARY:

Cash reimbursement and trade payment by e-bank, keep petty-cash, communicate with bank for documentation exchange, voucher binding, assist junior and AP accountant for misc. issue.

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Cash reimbursement and trade payment by e-bank;

b) Keep petty cash and make petty cash-in & out under authorization;

c) Communicate with bank for documentation exchange;

d) Voucher binding;

e) Assist AP accountant to prepare payment documentation;

f) VAT invoice authentication on net;

g) Print VAT out invoice to customer;

h) Assist junior accountant for misc. tax issue, such stamp duty, export VAT refund, etc.

3. REQUIREMENTS:

a) Academy or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance

b) 1+year's working experience preferred, but not necessary;

c) Basic tax knowledge;

d) Full responsibly and strong initiative;

e) Flexibility in MS excel, word, etc.

4. MEASUREMENT:

a) Reimbursement and payment by e-bank in WD+5;

b) Keep petty cash right balance with booking;

c) Voucher binding in WD+15 after a/c closing;

d) VAT invoice authentication on net timely matching VAT booking of every fiscal period;

e) Print VAT invoice every week per actual domestic shipping matching VAT booking of every fiscal period.
