Key Task
1. Identify ‘core competencies of MC JV workforce
2. Design and develop training and development programs
a. work as a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant departments
3. Implement training programs
a. ensuring MC statutory training requirements are met
b. plan MT training program
c. Plan monthly, quarterly training programs
d. Amend and revise programs from UK as necessary
e. Supervise trainers (including store managers and back office trainers from various depts.)
f. Train trainer and supervisors techniques and skills for training
4. Appraisal of training effectiveness
5. Design career development for all positions
a. communicate career development for each employee
b. identify and implement training needs
6. Knowledge management
a. Keep training materials up to date
b. Manage all training materials for MC JV
7. Training Budget
a. Consider costs of planned programs and keep within set budget
b. Assess ROI of training and development program

Experiences
? Minimum of 5 years human resources experience.

? Ability to architect and drive change
? Ability to lead in a global, matrix environment
? A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment
