Responsibilities:

to deliver a great range and promotions to the customer that delivers market out performance and to support the team to deliver service and/or manage other resources to deliver service using analysis and judgement

- to develop strategy, long terms plans, NPD, customer plan, PGR for the buying area, including constructing ranges
- to ensure the right price and the best trade plan
- daily management of the ranges and resolving issues
- forecasting product performance
- managing stakeholders
- working to achieve the category ‘buy for less’ and ‘sell for less’ plans including working in partnership with GFS Buying colleagues
- out of the office visiting stores and suppliers
- leading and coaching the team / colleagues and self-developing

Baby, Healthcare & Beauty, Laundry, Homecare and Pet food

Requirements:

· 5-10 years buying experience in relavent category

· Product development experience in Non-food

· Highly self-motivated, can be working remotely and always take initiative

· Strong influencing skills

· Very proactive

· Fluent English

· Enthusiastic, Confident, Positive and outgoing

· Highly organised and efficient

· Can accept frequent travel

Tesco Sourcing is the sourcing operation of Tesco, for F&F Clothing and General Merchandise products. With our main office in Hong Kong, we operate through hubs in 7 countries and have more than 500 colleagues working with us across Asia, the Indian subcontinent and Europe.
