Responsibilities:

My job is: provide administrative support to the finance departments and to ensure that all documents are filed and archived

• Filing and archiving of documents to warehouse
• Collecting or delivering documents
• Checking expenses claim form, office expenses application
• Reconciling the bank accounts in system
• Other paper works
• Helping the set-up for some company events
• Handling Ad-hoc and Special Projects
• Providing support to the team members of finance department

Requirements:

• majored in finance / accounting related subjects or have related working experiences
• oracle experience will be a plus
• careful, patient and detailed
• fluent in both oral and written English
• good at office software
