Main Role:

As an area manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of our company in a particular geographical area – mostly to cover FRS stores management. This could well include frequent business trip all over in China, so expect to be fairly busy.

You'll be expected to already have relevant sales and management skills. Desirably more than 3 years of experience in the same field.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Maintaining and increasing sales of our company's products

Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

Establishing, maintaining and expanding our clients base

Visiting store locations/Working with store managers

Assessing the productivity and achievements of the stores

Recommending changes

Maintaining and training sales staff to keep sustainable operational strength.

Mentoring employees

Implementing and enforcing company regulations

Planning and coordinate sales training sessions

Recruiting, interviewing and dismissing employees

Reviewing performances to achieve performance targets

Leading by example

Recruiting and training sales staff

Management of FRS operation

Preparing, reviewing and reporting on budgets and expenditure

Servicing the needs of our existing clients

Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

Developing sales strategies and setting targets

Compiling and analyzing sales figures

Collecting customer feedback

Reporting to senior managers

Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Attending conferences, events and meetings
