Job Objective：
Develop production process and realize the production line accordingly, as core project team member must coordinate her / his extend teams, such as Equipment manufacturer, ensure equipment can be finished within defined time line, cost and quality. Additionally this position should be able to improve the existing process and transfer production lines between different plants.


Job Responsibilities:
do feasibility study and cost estimation for production equipment based on product design
work out production process concept incl. cycle time design, line layout / logistics / equipment planning
participate PFMEA to define prevent actions together with team
create equipment specification based on production concept and ensure cost-optimized solution, RFQ
clarify all open points with equipment manufacturer before get quotation and during the realization
evaluate the quotation concerning technical concept and cost, ask for update if the quotation is reasonable
control the time and cost based on agreed plan in equipment realization, to keep the whole project schedule
lead concept / design / delivery / final release meeting of equipment, ask for improvement/solution if necessary
Create or support create manufacturing documents, e.g. routings, bill of materials, work instructions


Job Requirement:
Bachelor of industrial engineering, precision engineering or mechanical engineering
Experience in process planning of electro-mechanical products
Knowledge in SMT, THT and assembly technologies
Fluent spoken and written English
Ability of schedule control and coordination with different teams
Ability to assert oneself, independent decision making according to project targets
Excellent team work spirit
