Responsibilities:

职责

1.Increase profitable sales and win market shares in grinding application in china.
Through establishing new accounts for the company while maintaining existing business and increase penetration of these accounts in China. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.

增加在中国区打磨抛光应用的销售和市场份额。

开发新客户，维护现有客户，深度开发市场。能在压力下完成销售目标。

2.Acquisition of key customers in the respective market/industry

抓取各细分行业的重点客户

3.Look after and consult customers in the respective market/industry

跟进各细分行业客户并为他们提供解决方案

4.Analyze, establish and expand networks with key-institutions (strategic end-customers, system-integrators, machine builders) in the respective market/industry

分析开拓各细分市场的主要玩家，与其建立联系，如重要终端用户，系统集成商，设备商等

5.Analyze new applications and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the customers

分析新的应用，组织公司内部资源同客户的联系

6.Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show etc.)

分析并安排必要的市场活动（展会，终端用户市场推广和新应用路演等）

7.Responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in the industry

在台数和销售额上完成年度目标

Requirements:

要求

1.University majored in industrial automation/mechanical engineering (1st batch Key University strongly desired)

工业自动化或机械工程大学本科毕业（一类重点院校毕业优先）

2.At least 5 years working experience in technical sales position of selling investment equipment for industrial automation. Be familiar with founry,machine tool, plastic market or grinding/polishing application preferred.

工业自动化设备技术销售5年以上工作经验。熟悉铸造，机械加工，塑料市场或打磨抛光应用。

3.Foreign invested company working experience is a must
