SUMMARY

The Accounting Assistant shall handle or support the following areas including but not limited to:

• Cashier process
• Payment process
• Invoicing / AR Collection

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

• Be responsible for cash and bank transactions, as well as monthly reconciliation
• Prepare the document for foreign currency payment required by the bank
• Verify, check and process invoices for AP payment / T&E claims and ensure proper approval of expenses
• Be responsible for invoicing and ensure completeness and accuracy of billing, and handle invoices printing and delivery
• Monitor AR collection and follow-up with customers for overdue balances
• Handle/Purchase VAT invoice, vouchers and stamp tax/reporting
• Appropriately file monthly accounting records and ledgers
• Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years work experience in accounting.
• Major in Accounting, a college degree at least.
• Good English
• Strong knowledge of MS word, excel, outlook and computer use.
• relevant training or qualification is a plus
• proven experience of producing correspondence and documents

WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS

The normal work hours and days assigned to this position are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
