The candidate will be based in Shanghai, joining China IT Infrastructure Team, providing the first level and second level support to end users of Shanghai Office, in collaboration with CN Infrastructure team as well as Group IT Infrastructure Team, the candidate will also participate in various projects of China IT Infrastructure evolutions.
The candidate is expected to:
1. Ensure first level and second level support including (without limitation) user’s working station, email, telephone,printing, and securities.
2. Register and follow up the requests/incidents into a corporate tool.
3. participte in resolving incidents that impact the IT Infrastructure (servers, netoworks, systems) of sites in collaboration with other IT Infrastructure teams.
4. Ensure the maintenance and evoluation of the sites in collaboration with other IT Infrastructure teams.
5. Follow the group defined procedures and commnunicate to end users
6. Maintain the inventory of the sites update to date
7. Participate in the infrastructure projects.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
Very good communication and interpersonal relation skills in an international environment.
Good Team player.
Willing to learn new technologies,processes and functional areas.
Open minded on the subject.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT
English required
Previous IT support/ Help Desk experience. Preferably 2-3 years

Printing servers, DHCP
