任职要求：
1. 机械或电气相关专业，或有相关工作经验；
2. 语言技能：良好的口头及书面表达能力，能够与各层次人员或客户沟通。
3. 熟悉ISO，AS，QS，和TS质量体系；熟悉掌握MSA，SPC和VDA6.5；
4. 具有办公室工作经验，熟悉基本电脑操作；
5. 需按时报告工作，服从指挥，与同事有效合作，理解并遵守规则及程序，能接受建设性的批评。


主要职责：

1．协助生产设施的安装和调试。
2．负责生产设备的维修、维护、保养，确保正常运行。
3．协助工程项目的规划、设计和施工管理。
4．负责工程、电力的工程维修和保养。
5．负责围绕设备使用的相关培训的计划和执行。
6．负责备品备件的管理。
7．负责生产设备的档案管理。
8．参与推动TPM全面生产性维护的有效实施。
9．负责本部门运作相关制度的建立、培训和执行。
11．负责部门安全运作、环保和员工职业健康管理。
12．负责部门团队建设（岗位培训、绩效、遵章守纪、流动率）。
13．负责部门辖区的5S管理。
14．负责本部门所使用的固定资产和办公设施的管理。
