岗位目标及工作权限Job targets & decision making

-主导年度预算,中期预算和滚动预算的主要工作
Lead in budget planning/MTP planning,rolling forecast.
-进行预算、实际差异分析,产品获利能力分析以支持管理层的战术、战略决策。 Deliver budget Vs actual variance analysis, product profitability analysis so as to support management decision making in both tactical and strategic areas.
-在深度成本分析中发挥重要作用，该分析包括但不局限于
Play an important role in in depth cost analysis including but not limited to
-负责一般日常费用的分析并设定改善目标及其跟踪
Being responsible for general expense analysis, target setting and follow up
-负责制造成本分析，相应的行动计划制定和跟踪
lead manufacturing cost analysis and action plan defination and follow up
-协调跨部门的成本降低工作
-co-ordinate cross function cost reduction activities
-参与新项目的事前计算和回顾会议
participate for new project pre calculation and review meeting

主要工作职责 Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities

1.主导年度预算，中期经营计划及其HFM输入
Lead annual budget, MTP worksheet and HFM input process
2.开发出及时有效的月度预测过程，负责诸如销售、利润表，降价预测等
Develop a robust, timely and efficient monthly forecasting process,responsible for forecast such as sales,P&L,price reduction forecast etc.
3.月度行动计划追踪
Track monthly action plan status.
4.-负责一般日常费用的分析并设定改善目标及其跟踪
Being responsible for general expense analysis, target setting and follow up
5.通过成本中心费用分析，和各部门沟通以降低变动、固定成本
Communicate with each department to drive fixed/variable cost reduction through cost center analysis
6.深度分析制造成本并和PPLS团队协作以降低生产成本
In depth analysis for manufacturing cost and co ordinate with PPLS team for production cost reduction
7.组织量产产品季度盈利能力分析
Lead quarterly review for post calculation of series product.
8.协助deputy CFO进行内控制管理和风险管理
Assist deputy CFO for internal control and risk management
9. 负责研发费用报告及分析
Be responsible for R&D cost report and analysis
10.负责年度小时费率和标准成本的更新
Annualy update tarifheft and standard cost in SAP
11其它临时工作

任职能力及资格Required Competency & Qualification

1、知识Knowledge
学历Education本科或以上程度 University degree or above
外语Language良好的英语运用能力Good command in English， German is plus
计算机Computer skill熟练运用相关办公软件Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint)
2、经验Experience
汽车或相关行业经验Auto.Industry or related E.5年以上财务控制经验At least 5 years of working experience in finance function
管理经验Leadership_ dept.supervisor/manager3年以上财务控制工作经验At least 2 yearexperience for controlling
项目管理经验Project leader experienceAt least One or two project leader experience is preferred
项目参与经验Project member experienceProject experience is required

ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (TK-PS) is 100% TK Presta Steering owned Company in China. It is located at Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Park with size of 40'000 square meter. Presta Shanghai was registered on May 31st, 2011 with total investment of 33 million Euros. As Asia Pacific headquarter of ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering System, ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) is responsible for management of Presta business in Asia Pacific area. Meanwhile, it is an integrated part of global sourcing activities.

Product portfolio of Presta Shanghai covers cold forging parts, I-shaft, EPAS system and Suspension product. With its long term advanced technology and strong competence in steering system and localized engineering center, Presta Shanghai is aiming to be first choice of our customer, to provide satisfied return to our shareholder and to share the business success with our employees.

ThyssenKrupp Presta HuiZhong Shanghai Co., Ltd. (TK-PHS) is the joint venture of ThyssenKrupp Presta and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. founded on November 13th, 2000 in Shanghai with the capability of first-class product design, process and quality management, as well as great personnel, financial and material resources.
Main customers are Shanghai-VW, FAW-VW, Ford Automotive, Mazda Japan, DPCA, SGM, BBAC, Nissan, BYD, SAIC, DFL, ZNA, Volvo and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive with 2 million steering columns sales volume in 2011. TK-PHS is one of the largest steering column manufacturers in China with good reputation. It has been rewarded as Excellent Supplier of SVW, Q1 certified supplier of Ford, Excellent Supplier of Ford etc. With advanced technology, scientific management, strong R&D, and manufacturing capability, TK-PHS provides employees great opportunities for career development.

ThyssenKrupp Presta Fawer (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (TK-PFC) is a joint venture company founded on October 11th, 2003 in Changchun. It is invested by ThyssenKrupp Presta and Steering Factory of Fawer Automotive Parts Company Ltd with 60% to 40% investment share. The Company mainly engages in product development, manufacturing and marketing of steering columns in China.
Main customers are FAW-VW, FAW Truck, FAW Car, Tianjing-Xiali, Beijing-Benz Daimler, Renault Samsung Motors, Great Wall Motor, and Beijing Automotive etc. The annual production capacity is 2.4 million pieces currently. The Company fully devotes into development of safe, reliable and high-performance steering columns by implement the advanced techniques and business strategy. It is creditable for customer by providing good quality products and excellent services, which is also the fundamental to cultivate its brand.
