Job Description:

1, Establish and be fully responsible for the equipment maintenance system and maintenance procedures in line with customer requirements and CNBO strategy and key business targets & observe working conditions according to general technical safety rules; to evaluate & report to Fabrication Manager.
2, Review existing maintenance plans, Autonomous Maintenance actions and make necessary adjustments.
3, Workout and proactively implement a predictive/preventive maintenance scheme/system in order to avoid unexpected production breakdowns.
4, Perform regular (daily, weekly, monthly, annual, etc) and irregular (unexpected) production equipment maintenance and equipment repair and troubleshooting jobs. Be responsible for the maintenance log book.
5, Be responsible for availability of all equipment related spare parts and work out contingency plans in order to ensure unrestricted spare parts availability.
6, Analyze failure reasons and work out solutions to avoid similar failures in the future and carry out 5S and Lean activities on the maintenance field.
7, Monitor and communicate with maintenance team members daily and support them to improve their performance continuously.
8, Provide equipment maintenance knowledge and training to workers and operators.

维修工程师

岗位描述：
1，根据客户需求和公司战略，建立、完善机器设备保养维修流程和系统，根据安全技术规则对机器的运行状态进行观察、评估并上报给生产经理。
2，对现有的维修维护计划、自主维修系统进行审核并做必要调整。
3，建立一个预防性的设备维护系统/计划，避免不必要的设备瘫痪。
4，实施规律性的（每天，每周，每月，每年）设备维修和保养，以及不定期的维修、检查，负责检查维修日志。
5，保证所有设备的相关配件的安全库存以确保备件的可用性。
6，对机械相关事故进行原因分析，并制定相应的解决和预防措施。
7，对维修团队的员工进行日常监督、管理和沟通并帮助组员持续提升绩效。
8，对操作工人进行设备保养的知识和操作培训。

Job Requirements:
1, Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2, Upright, team-oriented, leadership, organization ability with strong execution and high quality communication capability; could work under pressure.
3, At least 3 years experience with electric-electronic and mechanical machine maintenance, skilled in the equipment maintenance process and standard.
4, Familiar with software of MS Office and ERP system.
5, Able to communicate in written and spoken English at least at average level; with the working experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
6, Preferably familiar with Lean methodology.
