Quality Manager:

Job description
Quality Manager is responsible for the overall Quality Management in the manufacturing sites.
shall be ensure that the product our organization provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements including customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Establish ,maintain and improve quality management system
- Plan all quality management activities, certification
- Managing quality system activities in compliance with ISO regulations,
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards
- Establish the inspection standard, periodical review, inspect the status and validity of standard implementation .
- Coordinate the external(3rd party and customer) inspection, and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’specifications
- Provide timely response to customer complaints.
- Work with internal parties on quality improvement projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in every phase of the operation targets on quality and throughput;
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
- Writing technical and management systems reports

Requirements
- At least 3 years’experience in the same or similar position, experience in Multinational companies will be highly preferred
- Great Interest in Rubber Industry.
- Excellent command of MS office application
- Good command of written and spoken English
- With good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree in Quality, Mechanical, Engineering or related disciplines
- Familiar with quality tools and techniques
