Responsibilities:

Communications
? Assist in all communications including Chinese and English translations
? Coordinate company correspondences via email, phone, fax
? Clarify communications with staff
? As Personal Assistant, this will include assisting the Director in matters related to home business

Organization
? Work closely with the Director to keep key tasks on track
? Receive and coordinate incoming phone calls and requests
? Government interface during registration and licensing phases
? Organize office and files, schedules, regular bill payments, etc.

Administrative & Accounting Skills
? Ability to do simple accounting to assist our Chief Accountant as Cashier
? Ability to monitor Social Network services (Wiebo, etc.) may be an additional task. Skill in this will be a benefit to the position.

Requirements:
? Excellent Chinese written and communication skills
? Intermediate to advanced fluency in spoken and written English
? 2 years of professional experience preferred
? Knowledge of restaurant & café culture a plus
