JOB DESCRIPTION – manager on duty (full time)

Job description:
- responsible for open&close shop during on duty, assist the manager to implement stores operating, responsible for the manpower deployment and task assignment.
- remain calm in the event of a travel peak or incident , ensure the normal operation of the stores and make a positive role model for the partner.
- Assist the manager for training of new partners, success of positive to help to improve their work performance, to give respect and encouraging guidance when needed. To provide the manager of the clerk job performance feedback.
- If partners working morale and behavior changes, communicate with the manager timely , promote to create a positive team atmosphere.
- Provides the high quality service to all customers, show the "customer first" service attitude, and close contact with the customer.

Qualifications:
- college degree or above
- 1 years experience in chain restaurants or retail shift management
- strong team management ability and communication skills, able to work under high strength and work stress

工作内容：
- 当班期间负责开关店工作，协助店长执行门店营运，负责伙伴人力部署和任务分配的工作。
- 在发生客流高峰或突发事件时保持冷静，确保门店的正常营运并为伙伴作出积极的榜样。
- 协助店长培训新伙伴，积极帮助提升其工作的成功表现，在需要时给与尊重和鼓励性的指导。向店长提供当班期间店员工作表现的反馈。
- 发现伙伴工作士气和行为表现上的变化，与店长及时沟通，促进营造积极的团队氛围。
- 为所有顾客提供优质的服务，表现出“顾客第一”的服务态度，并与顾客紧密接触。

任职资格：
-大专或以上学历
-有1年以上连锁餐饮业或零售店带班管理经验
- 较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和工作压力
