General Summary & Purpose:
Be responsible and execute the related processes, tools, procedures, metrics and Customer Care matters, in order to ensure a consistent & sustainable Customer Service Delivery according to standards set Corporately/Regionally.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Standardized:
1. Be familiar with the port regulation, have a solid knowledge about the booking restrictions and a good control of the booking documents - colleting and filing to guarantee a timely and precise acceptance of all the bookings;
2. Check and ensure the accuracy of the booking data and booking amendment information inputting into BDS;
3. Be responsible for the vessel routing and customer code application in the process of booking receipt
4. Make patient, precise and efficient responses to all booking enquiries from the customers via e-mails and phone calls.
5. Be responsible for the special issues proceeding - COV,COD(request before vessel departure),ROLL OVER Roll Roll, Special Equipment usage etc.
Job Specifications
Education: College degree or above
Experience: Above 1 years’ experience in shipping or forwarding industry
Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Computer Literacy: With PC knowledge (Excel, Word, etc)
Specialist Knowledge: shipping or forwarding industry
