Requirements:

BS in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain,or related experience.

At least 2-5 years of forecasting and planning experience.

Knowledge of Demand Solutions, Proficient with MS Office (Word,Excel,Access,PowerPoint)

Job Description:

S&OP corodinator works as an "agent of change"to continually improve S&OP process.

Manage demand & supply planning initiatives.

Work closely with commercial leadership to compile and manage integrated demand plans.

Facilitate demand planning meetings.

Act as lead communicator,across business functions,regarding demand plans;

Supply Planning & Review to identify the supply constraints for the forward months.

Routinely perform root cause analysis to drive forecast quality improvements.

Develop,track and implement forecast quality improment plans.

Gather and report necessary Key Performance Indicators(KPI) metrics.

Play a leadership role in defining precess requirements,including software and reporting implementatuins.

Collect sales forecast from sales people monthly. Review with team to ensure the rationality.

On-time delivery of forecast data to related departments.
