Job Description:

1.Collect information on potential clients for CIF/free hand business

2.Make independant sales calls and secure CIF/free hand business

3.Achieve sales targets and maximise opportunities of the multiplier effect

4.Provide professional advice and feedback to customers / agents

5.Define SOP for customers and make sure operation team is closely following up the SOP

6.Act as coordinator between John Good, Fiege and customers to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction

7.Liaise and coordinate sales activities with all Fiege locations to maximise CIF/FOB support

8.Supply daily FOB sales leads and handle sales leads received from John Good in a timely manner

9.Collect outstandings on a timely basis

10.Provide sales reports and other reports as required to John Good or Fiege

11.Maintain and update CRM system

12.Responsible for other tasks assigned by superior from time to time

Requirement:

1.Collage graduate or above, major in marketing or BA is preferred

2.More than 5 years‘ experience in freight forwarding industry and familiar with the market

3.Good understanding of written and spoken English

4.Sales experience or Key account management experience is preferred

5.Aggressive and willing to work under pressure

6.Dynamic, self motivated, service and results orientated

7.Good communication skill, self-confident, enthusiastic

8.'Can do' attitude, able to perform under pressure

9.Ambitious in generating new business

10.Ability and willingness to travel from time to time
