Responsibilities:

1. Oversee C&B implementation of Mainland China, HK and TW including employee payroll, individual tax transaction, and HR System maintenance, make sure all date is accurate and timely submitted.

2. Partner with Finance on different kinds of reports and analysis and provide all the reports to CSAV Chile HQ

3. Support HRM to conduct annual C&B programs, such as salary survey, review promotion and salary adjustment cases, marketing pricing the current and new jobs

4. Coach and Supervise the C&B team member to make sure all work are implemented in an accurate and timely manner.

5. Oversee HR vendors to administer employee social benefits

6. Provide consulting and coaching on the company’s C&B policies, regulation and practices to Local HR , coordinators and all the staff

7. Assist HRM in all C&B related issues.

Job Specifications :

1. Bachelor is required

2. 5 years overall experience in HR, special experience in C&B related areas for more than 3 years

3. Fluency in oral and written English

4. Expert in excel, experiences of HRP is of advantage

5. Expert knowledge in C&B

6. Process-oriented, Demonstrated strong analytical and logical skills
