SUMMARY
? Understands company and product strategy, positioning; be involved to propose and implement strategy and brand plan, working jointly with sales, clinical, APAC Marketing functions and other customer-facing functions as required.
? Responsible for developing and executing marketing campaign in support of branding and business goals.
? Co-marketing with key outlets (doctors/clinics/hospital customers, partners, franchises). Shall include creating turn-key materials, programs, promotions to help these outlets present, sell and market Invisalign to their patients.
? Focus will be on consumer marketing to generate patient demand/pull for the product.
? Solid experience in event execution/management, PR and agency management Preferred
? Provide marketing support to related departments;
? Reports directly to Director of Sales and marketing, China.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
? Involved in defining consumer marketing strategy and tactics to accelerate adoption and drive sales.
? Custodian and optimization of the Invisalign brand and VI/CI asset
? Analyze and optimize ROI of co-marketing and consumer marketing activities.
? Provide support to internal team in the training, communication and supervision of consumer marketing events.
? Localization and development of (or management of) marketing material (collateral, sales aids, tools, training, programs, consumer cognitive list), identifying suitable vendors for the company’s selection, and liaising with internal teams and external agencies/vendors as appropriate.
? Work closely with sales to determine key targets, marketing tools required, and distribution strategy.
? Provide support to franchisee partner/clinics/doctors to develop and execute Invisalign marketing/brand plan and program.
? Management and maintenance of company media material to generate patient demand (pull marketing) and conversion, with particular focus on digital (SEM, social media, company website etc)
? Budget planning and controlling
? Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
? College graduate (BA/BS);
? One to three years marketing work experience
? Brand or consumer marketing work experience is preferred
? Ideal candidate has work experience in foreign multinational company
? Excellent knowledge of English language spoken and written is a must

WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS
The normal work hours and days assigned to this position are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
