• Source the qualified suppliers for product of stationery, furniture or electronics product according to company requirement.
• Research market and competitive intelligence to identify the purchasing trends and develop sourcing alternatives.
• Partner with your counterpart in other countries, QA department, packaging designers, Supply Chain department and agents to develop the right products and have on time delivery.
• Identify and resolve potential purchasing problems (terms, price, quality and delivery); follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers for quotation of existing and new product; maintaining contact with suppliers regarding current status of purchase orders.
• Work with suppliers to develop the new products.

• Energetic, outgoing, and detail oriented.
• Frequent travel will be needed.
