职位描述
Responsibilities:
Process project management
? Design and monitor company process and SOPs.
? Suggest improvements and revision in the established SOPs.
? Drive continuous improvement by recommendations on the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and controls and ensure associates are in compliance to established SOPs.
? Conduct internal process auditing based on an annual plan and summarize findings for continuous improvement to management.
? Coach/train team members for process execution and enhancement.
? Drive company internal continuous improvement program.
? Prepare reports to management on non-compliance and recommended action plans.
Resource management
? Develop and maintains a factory/vendor database, coordinate with other departments to support on company wide resource management, consolidate and analyze resource management opportunities for better resource utilization proposal.
? Any other assignment/project designated by company.
Requirements
? Bachelors Degree in Economics, IE, Business.
? At least 5 - 8 years experience in business process auditing/ reengineering¡¡or business process improvement or lean management.¡¡
? Excellent reading and written English.
? Understanding of auditing techniques and methodologies
? Experience in working with flow charts and process flow software.
? Experience to work independently
? Experience in coaching / training.
? Experience to work with cross-culture and cross functional team player.
? Experience from consulting firm will be preferred.
? Certificate in lean management or six sigma is plus.
