Product Engineer


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/. Responsible for various quality activities concerned with product development and manufacturing (PDR/VDR/PRR etc)
2/. Co-ordination with testing labs on product evaluation and certification (ROHS report, safety test etc)
3/. Communicate with internal/external customers, vendor and supplier to resolve quality issues proactively and seek improvements where necessary
4/. Supplier development and management
5/. Implement and maintain quality programs and procedures
6/. Daily Quality report (FQA, FAI, monthly yield, etc) update and maintained
7/. Meet the requirements of deliverable standards
8/. Provide technical support for vendors and 3rd party inspection
9/. Working location is in Hangzhou and willing to relocate is a plus.


PE JOB REQUIREMENT
1/. Degree holder in in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering / Quality Assurance Engineering or other related discipline
2/. At least 5 years relevant experience in same or relevant industry, in particular strong in quality and production management and inspection
3/. Familiar with sample evaluation, familiar with corrective & preventive actions management
4/. Preferably experience in paper shredder, or related, product development, follow up, manufacturing process and lab testing
5/. Self-driven, result-oriented, have excellent organizing and interpersonal skill
6/. Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility and customer view
7/. Good knowledge in ISO9000/5S/Six Sigma/Lean
8/. Strong technical know-how in motor / gear / PCBA manufacturing
9/. Excellent in both English & Chinese communication and report writing. CET 6 English level is preferred.
10/. Supplier management experience
