?MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Monitor incoming material, inspect manufacturing methods, process controls to insure the quality of products.监控来料质量、检验及制造方法、过程控制
Investigate and solve the problems on site.调查并解决现场问题
Resolve quality complaints, follow up the improvements/countermeasures on both process and documentation. 处理客户投诉，跟踪对策及改善结果
Negotiate with customer on quality standards.与客户进行产品质量标准的谈判
Quality documentation, criteria preparing and negotiation. 作成并与客户沟通质量文件、质量标准
Well-communicate and service customer, doing a good conveyance on quality requirements between customer and plant. 在客户与工厂之间建立良好的沟通
Support customer and third party audit. 支持客户及第三方审核
Support and backup Quality Manager. 配合、辅助质量经理工作

?QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCES
Bachelor or College degree in Engineering. 工科大专/本科学历
ISO/TS16949 certified trained. ISO/TS16949内审员资格证
More than 5 years of quality control experiences in auto industry. 五年以上汽车行业质量工作经验
Good skills on office software, excellent in prepare user-friendly presentation and documents.办公软件操作熟练，尤其擅长做成发表资料
Fluent in oral and written English. 英文口语、书写流利
Proactive, work independently and get results. 工作有前瞻性，能独立完成工作并取得结果
Capable of maintaining a good relationship with the partner, customers and third parties.良好的沟通能力，并与公司合作伙伴、客户及第三方维持良好关系
Good knowledge of broad range of industrial manufacturing processes. 广泛的工业生产相关知识

?WORK CONDITIONS AND KEY COMPETENCES
