Position: Planning and Production Tool Management Manager (计划及生产模具管理经理)

Summary：
1.Responsible for Overview planning management within design and tools organization based on the calculated resource and facilities.
2.Responsible for the production tool storage and related overall management.
3.Responsible for the tool manufacturing material readiness and test material preparation and management.

Responsibilities:
1.Overview resource and capacity management support and calculation within design and tools organization. Provide visualization and transparence data within design and tools.
规划与模具开发部门整体资源和产能管理支持及核算, 提供可视与透明化数据
2.Overall Plan to the design team. Project team, tool manufacturing/test team, tool outsourcing team, tool setup team, maintenance team and sub supplier supply etc.
整体计划于设计团队,项目团队,模具制造/测试团队,生产模具换模团队,模具采购团队,维护保养团队和分供应商供应等
3.Coordinate with other functional team to secure the daily business get plan and achieved according to plan.
协调与其它功能团队指定工作计划并确保计划得以完成
4.Tooling and tooling manufacturing process outsourcing in and out management, storage and record etc..
模具制造流程外包进出管理和存储等
5.Tooling components warehouse and material supply management.
模具组件仓库和材料供应管理
6.Management and record for All tools/fixtures/gauges and relevant (test material) goes in and out plant.
管理和记录所有工具/夹具 /检具和相关(测试材料)是进出入工厂
7.Manage KPI measurement data according to KPI setup within Design and tools.
根据规划及设计部设定的KPI考核方法提供KPI绩效数据
8.Coordinate tools and other related department resolving the production tools issue and manage all production tools issues.
协调模具及其他相关职能部门处理生产模具的质量问题
9.Manage to establish the tools resume and manage the tool quality in lifetime.
管理建立模具履历表，管理模具整个寿命期质量
10.Communicate and resolve with each functional team for the inconformity and delay, to create 4D report.
与各职能团队沟通并解决与计划不符工作项目并以4D报告形式报告
11.Maintain the straight and open dialogue work environment; motive the staffs to pursuing the target.
打造直接并开放的对话渠道和管理环境, 激励下属,以 目标导向
12.Guide and train staff, increase staff skill and efficiency.
指导和培训员工,提高员工技能和效率
13.Finish other tasks from manager, follow company value.
完成上级安排其他的任务,遵循公司的价值

Requirements:
1.Above college degree, mechanical or related major is preferable.
大专以上学历,机械及相关专业优先
2.More than 8 years working exprience and more than 4 years team management expeience.
8年以上工作经验，4年以上团队管理经验
3.Be familiar with TS16949 quality system and 5S management.
熟悉TS16946质量管理流程和5S管理体系
4.Skilled communication ability in English
独立英语沟通能力
5.Be proficient with overall planning management and communication skills.

6.Good leadership, organization, communication and coordination and execution, can arouse the initiative and enthusiasm of employees, according to the company's business plans to achieve annual target
