1. 负责冲压模具、焊接工装及检具的采购，参与“外协工装模具采购流程”的制定。In charge of purchasing stamping die, welding fixture and control fixture. Take part in making “The procedure of outsourcing tooling”.
2. 负责冲压模具、焊接工装及检具的询价、价格谈判并制作合同，编写合同的补充协议、附加要求，确保特艾科的设计标准和技术要求都得到供应商的承诺。Take charge of quotation, price negotiation of tooling, then making contract. Make supplemental agreement and additional requirement of contract. Ensure that the suppliers accept Tajco’s tooling design standard and technical requirements.
3. 负责冲压模具、焊接工装及检具的零部件及备件询价、价格谈判并制作合同，编写合同的补充协议、附加要求，确保特艾科的质量标准和技术要求都得到供应商的承诺。Be responsible for quotation, price negotiation for purchasing components and spare parts of tooling, then making contract. Make supplemental agreement and additional requirement of contract. Ensure that the suppliers accept Tajco’s quality standard and technical requirements.
4. 从供应商处得到冲压模具、焊接工装及检具的设计图纸和3D数据，移交至特艾科工装模具设计团队审核。Receive design drawings and 3D data of tooling from suppliers. Forward Tajco’s tooling design team to check and approve.
5. 从供应商处得到冲压模具、焊接工装及检具的“制造进度表”并通知项目经理。Receive “manufacturing schedule of tooling” from suppliers, then inform Project Manager.
6. 通过电话、电子邮件、Skype、QQ等手段，按照 “制造进度表”，跟进每天的进度。组织冲压模具、焊接工装及检具的验收小组，按照“制造进度表”的时间点，到供应商处督促检查、试模。Follow-up daily progress by telephone, e-mail, Skype and QQ etc. according to “manufacturing schedule of tooling”. Organize and lead a team of acceptance inspection of tooling. The team will visit suppliers to supervise and urge, tryout according to the milestones in “ manufacturing schedule of tooling”.
7. 通知项目经理及测试组冲压模具、焊接工装及检具回特艾科的时间。 Inform Project Manager and testing team when tooling will arrive at Tajco.
8. 从供应商处拿到最新的冲压模具、焊接工装及检具的图纸和3D数据并移交给特艾科工装模具设计团队保存至P盘。Receive updated tooling drawings and 3D data from suppliers, then forward Tajco’s tooling design team to save in disk P.
