Overview

The chosen candidate will be responsible for reporting daily the project status to our Canadian office, as well as supervising and improving quality in our manufacturing facility in Ninghai.

Responsibilities

- Must be able to communicate in written and oral English efficiently, fluently and effectively.

- Provide leadership in continuous "QUALITY" improvement to support delivery of successful projects and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Work with our existing team and partner in Ninghai and other suppliers

- Strong ability to implement and manage a Quality Program

- Search and qualify new suppliers

Qualifications

- University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent

- Strong English ability both verbal and written. Preferably a Minor in English

Other Preferences

- Knowledgeable of Quality Control requirements

- Organized, problem-solver, time management

- Ability to handle confidential information

- 5 years of experience would be an asset

Location

- Our primary location is in Ninghai, Zhejiang but will consider candidates from Ningbo. For none Ninghai residents your will need to travel to Ninghai at least 3 days a week, but on urgent matters, it may require daily travel.
