Company Summary:

EB Brands is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of branded and non-branded gifts, toys, travel and sporting equipment with headquarters in New York. Owning brands including Excalibur & Sharper Image & selling to some of the biggest department stores mainly in USA

Requirements

· University graduates

· Minimum 5 years merchandising experience in hardline, preferably in Sporting Goods

· Responsible for sourcing & product development of Hand Exercise items

· Communicate & negotiate with factories for product development

• Work with US Marketing & PD team for new tooled items
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Coordinate with Engineering & QA for Pilot Run, work with PC & Art for shipment & artwork follow up

· Handle development process starting from interpreting design concepts, materials and components research, preparation / approval of prototypes and samples according to the deadlines and quality requirements.

· Travel to China is required

• Good command of spoken & written English
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
