Job Description

1. Improve customer satisfaction & service quality KPIs

2. Ensure CS sales, profit/loss (GM%), expense, AR meet AOP targets

3. Improve CSA penetration rate & CSA success rate

4. Ensure timely and high quality external customer services in all service categories like Installation, PM, FCO, CM etc.

5. Cooperate and provide support to commercial team

6. Optimize manpower allocation & improve field productivity

7. Enhance people development/management & employee satisfaction

8. FSE job sheet and data integrity control

9. Spare Parts Control

10. Ensure EHS compliance

11. Other tasks assigned by team & company

Job Requirement

1. College, University Bachelor or above

2. Advanced Electronics Certificate or equivalent in electrical engineering

3. More than 3 years’ work experience on customer service in Healthcare industry

4. Technical background on Healthcare products

5. Strong communication skill and channel management skill

6. Clear and logical thinking

7. Ability to handle multi tasks

8. Good execution skill

9. Excellent English skill in reading, writing and speaking

10. Willing to take responsibility

11. Self-motivation and self-management

12. Willing to travel
