主要工作职责：
Main Responsibility:

1. 检查、监督和培训应收账款、应付账款、固定资产、出纳、费用会计的岗位工作，检查会计凭证，确保各个模块会计账目正确；
Supervise, audit and train the other accounting modules work, such as AR, AP, FA and cashier. Make sure the accounting documents and ledger are correct.
2. 监督、制定和更新各会计岗位的流程和作业指导书，根据实际情况更新部门的财务会计制度；
In charge of making and updating each accounting positions working process and job instructions.
3. 月度总账凭证的输入，确保所有当期摊销、这就、预提费用的准确；
Be responsible for general ledger accounting, such as amortization/depreciation, accruals, accounts reconciliation, etc.
4. 月度税务工作的处理和税务报表的编制。包括月度增值税申报和抵扣、营业税计提、所得税计算与计提、出口退税工作的处理与申报；
Monthly tax filling and reporting. In charge of export tax refund and VAT, business tax, income tax calculation and reporting work.
5. 负责月度结账工作。负责财务报告与各种财务分析报告的编制工作；
Be responsible for monthly closing, ensure timely closing and deliver accurate financial report in compliance with both group and statutory requirements.
6. 负责维护和修订会计科目表；
Assist in maintenance of Chart of Accounts.
7. 负责协助应对外部审计、内部审计及各种税务、海关的现场检查工作；
Assist in annual audit process, cooperate and coordinate with internal as well as external auditors, such as tax and custom authorities.

任职资格要求：
Qualification Requirements:


1. 4年以上跨国制造企业会计岗位工作经验，其中至少2年总账经验；
Over 4 years working experience in a multinational company, with at least 2 year’s specialized in GL accounting.
2. 熟悉中国会计准则和国籍会计准则；
Knowledge of IFRS, PRC Accounting Principles.
3. 熟悉中国税务法规；
Knowledge of Chinese Tax Regulations.
4. 在财务流程的改进方面具备一定经验；
Experience with Financial/Accounting process improvement.
5. 以下三个条件需要至少满足一条：
Fulfill at least one of the three requirements:
1) 500强外企制造企业总账从业经验；
GL experience in Fortune 500 companies.
2) 四大会计事务所、国内著名会计事务所从业经验；
Big four experience or equivalent domestic scale accounting office experience.
3) 持有CPA，ACCA，CMA等相关证书者；
Certified in CPA, ACA, CMA or equivalents.
6. 具有较强的沟通与协调能力和分析能力；
Strong in communication, coordinating and analytical skills.
7. EXCEL使用熟练；
Mastered in EXCEL.
8. 英语口语、写作流利；
Verbal and written communication skills within and outside the department/company.
9. 大学本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业；
Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects.
