职位描述

PURPOSE OF FUNCTION

To ensure that there is a consistently high and stable availability, in the IKEA product range, for our customers at the lowest possible cost. We do this by:
?securing that retail logistics integrates the supplying process into the retailing business;
?ensuring an efficient logistics operation in the store;
?providing an efficient service operation for customers who request alternative options for picking and/or delivery of products.
Through this we contribute to the growth of IKEA and improve our customers' life at home.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

I am responsible for ensuring that the supplying process in our store is fully integrated with the communication and selling processes. I do this by working closely with my com&in and sales colleagues, securing that together we focus on the same commercial priorities. I use my supply process expertise to secure that my team creates excellence in the area of availability, balancing range & space, forecasting and ordering in my store, in order to achieve agreed Service Level at lowest possible cost. I do this to strengthen the main objectives of IKEA to be leader in life at home in our local market and achieve growth and sustained long term profitability.

ASSIGNMENT

Customers
?I fulfil the customer promises created by the communication & selling processes by actively working to secure and maintain the availability of goods through the minimisation of non-central shortages and the monitoring of central shortages. I raise the awareness of the commercial team to availability issues and work with them to take actions which minimise the impact on our customers.
?I monitor that the agreed range is offered and stocked in the store and properly administered in system to ensure we maximise availability for our customers.
?I highlight deviations between the range frame connected to my stores range classification, Country range agreement and the actual range (size) to sales. I create an understanding of the impact on availability for our customers of working outside the range frame.
?I highlight deviations between the actual store range in relation to the sales to range to space and secure and understanding in the commercial team of the operational and availability consequences of exceeding the recommended range size.
?Together with sales and com&In, I plan for an efficient phasing out and in process, to secure range vitality for our customers at lowest possible cost.
?I support the execution of the phasing out and in process, led by the commercial team, by securing my team provides information regarding missing order and sales space parameters, expected sales
start quantity and remaining outgoing quantities, as well as supplies availability information.
?I follow up the progress in the selling out of discontinued rest quantities and initiate corrective actions in the commercial team, if needed, to secure a smooth sell-out and timely sales start of new items.
?I secure the timely registration of the needed order and forecast parameters in the system, to secure the agreed Service Level 365 days per year.
?I work with my team to support the commercial team and commercial activity leader with the planning and implementation of sales plans (e.g. activities). I focus on parameter setting, ordering and availability checks, and act as a coach to secure the proper use of order methods in order to secure availability (promotions, sales jumps, manual ordering / input to the need).
?I am accountable for securing that the operational forecasting in the store is in line with available capacities.
?My team and I are the main point of contact in the store for all range administration and supply related questions from the shopkeepers and other functions.
?I secure the analysis and steering of the ordering process by my team, to avoid shortage and overstock situations.
?I secure that my team and I provide our shopkeepers with relevant availability information for active
sales steering in the store, to allow for a sustained perceived availability by our customers.
?I secure that any structural supply deviations (e.g. supplier or transport performance related) which threaten availability or store operations are made known to the service office supply support function, to ensure they are addressed with our supplying partners.
?I monitor the automatic ordering process and initiate actions in case of disruptions to the order flow that jeopardise availability for our customers.
?My team and I are responsible for stock build up for replenishment solution changes, activities or in
preparation for a peak sales period.

Commercial/Business
I lead and manage my team and work with the retail supply integration team to secure goods availability for customers at the lowest possible costs. I do this by:
?Contributing to turnover by maximising availability 365 days per year; concentrating on minimising non-central shortage and supporting active sales steering. I do this by securing that my team can provide shortage and overstock information to our shopkeepers
?Being the expert on Service Level in my store and ensuring there is awareness throughout the store about how Service Level is impacted. I also secure an understanding of how an accurate inventory can be sustained through every day routines.
?Actively participating in the creation of the store business plan, and converting strategic directions
and business plan goals into clear logistic actions. I take responsibility for executing relevant actions within this plan.
?Contributing to minimising the logistics costs in the store by identifying potential savings and
initiating actions to improve stock and range structure (overstock, concrete, outgoing and activity range).
?Contributing to maximising the goods flow efficiency by ensuring that the operational forecasting in
the store is in line with the order parameters and available sales space capacities/parameters. I
address any need for adjustment with our shopkeepers.
?Supporting turnover by enabling range vitality through support with the planning and follow up of the phasing out and in process.
?Implementing rules and guidelines in the areas of sales & supply support in my store and using the iMonitor tool to follow up on the implementation of these.
?Analysing the results of the Service Level, Customer Satisfaction Survey, Brand Capital, Voice and
Commercial Reviews and using the insights gained from this to develop our business.
