Roles and responsibilities 职位描述

- Purchasing invoices updating in ERP

ERP系统里采购发票更新

- Receivables money booking into ERP and sales order checking

负责ERP系统客户收款录入并核对销售订单

- Handle return notes about RMA and other reasons

负责有关客户投诉及其他原因的退单、退票的C5系统处理

- Operate all jobs related with export tax refund declaration

出口退税申报，出口外销发票开具及单证备案

- Responsible for Foreign Exchange control management system affairs

负责外汇收汇登记，外管局网站的外汇差额异常汇报及监管

- Assistant for foreign currency receivable confirm to the bank

协助外汇收入申报确认

- Book vouchers into UFIDA

用友系统凭证录入

- Responsible for VAT declaration on the internet and local tax declaration system

负责ETC增值税及地税申报系统的纳税申报

- Payments booking in ERP

ERP系统供应商支付货款明细录入

- Fixed assets management for each employees

公司固定资产管理

- Others things arranged for FM

财务经理交代的其他工作安排

Qualification requirements 岗位要求

- College or above degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent qualifications

大专及以上学历，财务会计或同等学历相关专业毕业

- more than 3 years accounting experience, good knowledge on the accounting

3年以上会计工作经验，有良好的会计专业基础知识

- Has experience with ERP such as SAP/JDE/C5 etc.

有使用ERP的经验，比如SAP/JDE/C5 等

- Good team player and good communication skills

良好的团队合作精神，良好的沟通技能

- Fluent in English is preferred, able to communicate via email

良好的英语水平，可以通过电子邮件通信及简单日常交流

- PC (Proficient with word, excel, etc.)

良好的电脑技能，能熟练使用Word 和Excel
