HR Manager' responsibilities include developing and implementing a complete human resource program organizational and manpower planning, recruiting, employee selection, management and employee development, employee relations, training, career planning, performance appraisal, communications, affirmative action/diversity, employee counseling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Track and report HR KPIs and ensure the effective follow-up of agreed actions

· Develop and maintain relationships with external local HR partners in alignment with regional and corporate guidelines

· Participate in local external HR peer networks to benchmark HR services and proactively identify new HR methodologies, business practices, industry standards and trends to achieve a competitive advantage for FHP

· Be responsible for organization and manpower planning. Maintains Company organization charts.

· Develop a comprehensive manpower plan defining the company present and future requirements.

· Works with managers to attract, develop and retain highly qualified personnel needed to meet the company’s objectives.

· Develops and implements employee communications programs needed for the free flow of information and ideas, and to address employee questions and concerns.

· Ensure high level of communications, employee relations / engagement and adherence to Guiding Principles

· Co-ordinate the resolution of specific HR policy or procedure related disputes, disciplinary problems or enquiries and conduct investigations to ensure compliance

· Develops and implements comprehensive employee relation programs. Guides field management in the development and implementation of equitable programs, policies, and procedures to insure compliance to China government’s laws and equitable treatment to all employees.

· Ensures thorough familiarity with policies and procedures relating to standards of business conduct and trains and motivates subordinates in the importance of full compliance with the letter and spirit of such policies and procedures.

FUEL / People Development

· Drive the quality and timely execution of the FUEL process in collaboration with the local Management (in particular the Personnel Review Process)

· Provide learning initiatives through the FHP Academy and other local programs, oversee employee development plans and ensure proper administration of training tracking system

Required Functional & Technical Knowledge

· Above 5 years professional HR experience in an operative business unit (no headquarter only!) required

· Good knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g. MS Office, …)

· Knowledge of the FMCG industry desired

Required Management Experience

· Proven track record as an (HR) project manager in a cross-functional team (motivation, target setting, tracking and enforcement of targets and companies mission)

· Prior direct people management experience preferred

Personal Profile

· Academic degree (e.g. MBA) required

· Fluent English required

· Occasional travel required
