Job description:

1. 监督拼箱业务的日常操作

2. 协调仓库、车队、船公司的供应商

3. 与海外代理/办公室就日常的操作、销售线索、航线发展和运价问题进行联系沟通

4. 与船公司和其他供应商简历广泛的联系

5. 如有必要，与销售一起拜访客户

6. 审核File和关帐情况

7. 为下属制定培训计划，并实施


Requirements:

1. More than five years working experience in ocean export consolidation business

2. One year minimum experience as team leader, supervisor, or manager

3. Good relationship with some vendors, including carriers, warehouse, brokers, etc.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work under pressure

6. Ability to motivate a team and a spirit of teamwork

7. Proficiency in spoken and written English, minimum CET-4

8. Proficiency in using office software
