Responsibilities职责：
Responsible for the materials plan layout.
负责建厂阶段的物流规划。
Responsible for the material and production planning.
负责进行生产线的物料规划和生产规划。
Account for working out the monthly material plan based on the strategy.
根据战略制定滚动月度材料计划。
Ordering materials according to sales forecast and stocks.
根据销售预测和库存情况采购直接生产物料。
Decide the transportation method according to the material supply and production situation.
根据材料供应和生产进度情况决定材料运输方式。
Following up purchase orders status with the supplier.
及时保持与供应商的联系以跟踪采购订单进程。
Following up shipment with suppliers, forwarder and the broker company.
保持与供应商和运输代理的密切联系以及时了解到货信息。
Combine different solutions and take actions accordingly to solve the problem to ensure the material supply.
优化不同的解决方案，采取相应的措施以保证材料供应。
Monitoring stocks and take actions to control reasonable stock level.
监控安全库存，合理控制库存。
Analyzing fill rate of vendor monthly and take actions for improvement accordingly.
统计供应商订单完成率并制定相应行动计划改善订单完成率。
Manage the physical inventory, analyze the deviation, and take actions for improvement.
实施库存盘点，分析统计差异，采取相应措施提高库存准确率。
Support purchasing in localization projects.
协助采购部零部件国产化项目顺利推进。
Implement CIP and LP projects to achieve department’s target.
开展CIP和精益生产项目，完成部门指标。
Audit and feedback the supplier’s performance in time.
及时评估并反馈供应商业绩。
Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualification Required任职资格要求：
Education学历
Bachelor degree, mechanical or financial major is preferred.
本科学历，物流管理或财务相关专业优先。
Training培训
Trained in material planning.
接受过物料计划的培训。
Skills技能
Good knowledge in MS Office。
熟练应用微软办公软件。
Good English communication skills and PC skills.
良好的英语沟通和计算机应用技能。
Experience工作经验
Minimum 3 years work experience in material planning, mechanical industry is preferred.
3年以上材料计划经验，机械行业优先。
