- 在中国负责从合同签订到最终验收对相关项目进行规划，领导，控制，协调和监督

To be responsible for the project from the beginning until the end of the final acceptance in view of planning, leading, controlling, coordination and supervising of the Contract in China.

- 执行项目的进度计划，费用的目标管理和质量要求

- To implement the time schedule, target management for the cost and quality management.

- 作为与用户的对话伙伴协调进度，质量和费用

- To coordinate as a dialogue partner with the customer for the time schedule, quality and cost control

- 编制项目进度的月报

- To prepare monthly schedule report

- 协调各相关部门的合作

- To coordinate with relevant department for cooperation

- 和用户就更改的费用进行谈判

- To discuss and negotiate with customer for any changes of the cost

- 负责项目执行过程中的变化的管理 (Claim management)

- To be responsible for any claim management during the course of implementation of the contract.

Qualification:

任职资格： - 大学本科以上的工程师或经济学工程师学历

as an engineer or economic engineer with Bachelor degree above

- 5年以上从事大型全套设备设计的工作经历；有合同或项目管理经验者优先考虑

- At least 5 years above working experience in engineer of heavy duty equipment; with experience of contract or project management to be considered with priority.

- 具备企业经营，特别是成本核算的基本常识

- With knowledge of business management, especially with the basic knowledge of cost calculation.

- 熟练掌握MS-Office和MS-Project等软件

- Good at use of soft ware, such as MS-Office and MS-Project

- 熟知项目管理技术和操作流程

- Familiarized with project management knowledge and operation flow

- 熟练的英语口语和书写能力

- Fluent spoken and writing ability of English

- 会德语者优先考虑

- Good German speaking to be considered with priority.
