Job Description:

1.Test and evaluate sample's quality, find out all potential defects and write test report, submit it to the supplier and verify supplier's improving results until it's acceptable.
2. Follow the sample testing process and imporve the problems during pre-production, mass production stages respectively,
communicate with supplier for improvement methods.
3. Attend inspection with the third party inspection company, monitor and assist them during the inspection, give comments on the inspection reports.
4. Attend inspection alone, and manage whole inspection process and prepare inspection reports,make comments and advice the improvements if needed.
5.Keep the laboratory clean and organized, arrange the maintenance of test equipments, and keep the sample stocks tidy.
6.Provide required technical date, report and comments on alternative supplier and product selection.
7.Peforming factory audits (base on ISO 9000 requirements), process audits and product inspections.
8.Working place in Shenzhen with nesseary business travels to suppliers in other locations.
9.Monitoring and execution of quality policy with suppliers.
10.Manage the quality improvement projects and involve strictly to the details of the projects by communication the quality control, intitial quality, production, sales departments of the factories.
11.Check the test reports of the prodcuts (LVD, EMC, UL, ETL etc...), comments their validity (according to EN, IEC standarts) and sufficiency, manage the productions and product's related side such as production tests, manufacturing methods, artworks etc.
12.Communicate closely with the 3rd party laboratories and manage the prodcut tests, inspection processes with them.
13.Prepare production precess charts of the factories and improve them in quality and efficiency wise.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor above, major in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Small Home Appliance Industry as a inspector or quality engineer.
3. Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 9001, Total Quality Management, Product Standardization etc. is a definite plus.
4.Technical knowledge in necessary standards, components, material supply, is a plus.
5.Good command of both written and spoken English.
6.Be able to work with colleague from different country and culture background.
7.High communication and negotiation skills.
8.Can work under pressure and willing to travel.
