RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Outbound shipments: coordinate with planners and forwarders to arrange outbound shipments and make sure data entry on timely manner.

· Collect shipment status from 3^rd part logistic forwarder and consolidate as shipment tracking report to drive for actions; Daily review shipment tracking report .

· Keep good communication with factory team make sure 100% on time outbound shipments.

· Prepare all related documents for international/national shipments (e.g. packing list, invoices, delivery notes, country of origin certificate ...).

· Monitoring and recording the performance of 3rd party suppliers.

WORK EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor degree in Arts

· Strong communication skill

· Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and international trading terms

· Good command both in oral and written English

· Good inter-personal communication skills at all level

· Excellent PC skills, proficiency using word-processing and spreadsheet applications.

· Strong responsibility and can meet deadline under pressure
