Job Purpose:
· Interface with suppliers associated to components and internal partners, provide systematic methodologies and technical support to enhance suppliers' quality delivery and quality management system.

Key areas of accountability:
· Actively participate in the supplier selection process, assess suppliers' designing, manufacturing and inspection capability.
· Enable and audit supplier in new product and mass production to ensure technical and quality requirements.
· Initiate, support and monitor the quality assurance tools and measurements at suppliers' sites.
· Analyse and follow up suppliers' quality issue, to develop improvement and preventive actions and monitor the implementation.
· Drive supplier to improve quality capability continuously.
· Guide Subcontractor on incoming material quality control
· Give inputs to commodity strategy & implement Global commodity strategy

Qualification:
· Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, Electronic, Material major
· Working Experience: 5 years above at supplier quality management.
· Expertise/Skills: Technical background , familiar with PCBA manufacturing process; familiar with Quality 5 tools
· Language skills: Very good in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin
· Personal Attributes: Integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good team work , can-do attitude, able to deliver commitment, can have frequent travel
