Job Duties:

1.Overall responsible for maintenance/repair in/out of maintenance responsibility including maintain server room, the existing IT equipment and CCTV;
2.Provide desk side level PC technical support in operating system, email system and other standard software packages to users as required;
3.Manage IT incident, problem and service level based on Service-Now, insure change management process;
4.Provide necessary training and support to tend users and insure end user are following IT SOPs and policy;
5.Continually seek opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction, and deepen client relationships; manage to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.



Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or computer science and technology or equivalent qualification.
Working Experience: 3 years or more working experience in related industry.
Expertise / Skills: 1.Have the experience on overall responsible for IT equipment and network system; control the server running;
2.Have the experience on training end-user about IT application, procurement of IT related hardware and software;
3.Strong analysis and problem solving skills
Language skills:Good command of spoken and written in English
