Job Description:
1. Accounting Statement:
Report branch accounting statement to Shanghai HQ in line with HQ requirement

2. Tax Declaration:
Keeping law and tax bureau requirements strictly, to declare sales tax, IIT, and other kinds of taxes to tax bureau on time.

3. Book keeping:
In line with Shanghai HQ policy, to keep and supervise book keeping.
And this person must have the basic knowledge of book keeping to maintain the correct book keeping.

4. Analysis:
To issue branch report to Shanghai HQ with correct analysis. Especially , to analyze the profit and loss of branch and to report to Shanghai HQ Accounting team and to branch manager.

5. Tax Regulation
Keep checking any change or revision of tax policy of local and national tax bureau. Any change or revision must be reported to related department to maintain the smooth business.

6. Consulting:
In case that we meet some problems / issues to be solved, consult to Shanghai HQ and/or branch manager to find the solution.

7. Supporting
To enhance business operation more smoothly, to support other divisions.


Requirements:
1. Diploma degree with majoring in accounting.
2. Accounting experiences at least for 3 years as supervisor or similar position.
3. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
4. Chinese laws and policy of accounting. Can use ERP (用友) and Excel.
5. Accounting certification "中级会计师" is preferred.
6. Internal communication skills, having a team work attitude , and very responsible.
