BASIC JOB FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Monitor & drive the supplier’s improvement in quality system & process, ensure timely reporting of supplier’s quality capabilities and performance (PPM, QN, PPAP pass rate).
2.Develop new supplier to meet Moen business demand, including BSA audit, supplier visits, tracking, appraisal, ranking.
3.Complete the product qualification process (PPAP) for new product at supplier + support test plan development.
4.Perform root cause problem solving with suppliers to obtain corrective & preventive action, follow up the corrective & preventive action and other requests from Moen manufacturing plants.
5.Participate and facilitate design reviews with suppliers for improved manufacturing feasibility and product design.
6.Manufacturing liaison to suppliers to resolve active quality concerns. Follow and track all corrective action requests for the supplier base.
7.Coordinate test plan generation and implementation for suppliers.
8.Assists supplier development of procedures, evaluation of quality systems and recommends changes to specifications.
9.Work in a cross-functional environment with Product Engineering, Plant Quality Assurance, Procurement and Manufacturing.
10.Flexibility to handle multiple priorities to meet schedules.
11.Provide information regarding Moen requirements for suppliers.
12.Identifies training requirements and sources of training for suppliers.
13.Ensure the material from supplier compliant to the requirement of environment standard product.

QUALIFICATIONS：
1.Bachelor degree in an technical discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
2.More than 3 years manufacturing and quality experience preferred.
3.Ability to function and communicate well in a cross-functional team environment and with minimal supervision.
4.Strong problem solving skills.
5.Interface with manufacturing and engineering.
6.ISO/QS-9000 auditor certification preferred.
7.Travel - 60% required.
8.Proficient in English (verbal and written).
9.Fluent with standard PC tools, Microsoft software, etc.
